Here are some questions that may help you decide!

Only you can really answer them, try to be as  honest and open minded as you can.

Q1. Have you ever planned to stop drinking for a time, but only lasted a few days?

Q2. Do you sometimes wish people would mind their own business about your drinking?

Q3.  Have you tried switching drinks to stop from getting drunk?

Q4. In the past year, have you ever needed a drink upon awakening?

Q5. Do you sometimes wish you could drink like other people and not get into trouble?

Q6. In the past year, have you had any problems in your life connected to drinking?

Q7. Has your drinking ever caused problems at home?

Q8. Do you ever worry at an event that you won’t get enough drinks?

Q9. Do you think you can quit drinking any time you really want to, but then get drunk again when you didn’t mean to?

Q10. Have you missed work/school/college because of drinking?

Q11. Do you ever have blackouts?
